My experience genuinely enhanced me, not only as a leader but also as a person

My experience genuinely enhanced me, not only as a leader but also as a person. I almost didn't want it to end.

It suited me and supported me as I focussed on the next stage of my career. I’m open about what I'm thinking and feeling, this plays a huge part in being relatable, the coaching I received fit my strengths and style.

The things I took away were life-enhancing and long-standing. I’m willing to recognise that things aren’t always perfect or going to go as planned. I know it's okay to open up and talk about some of those challenges with other people.

I can now confidently create this environment within my team, where people have a platform to be the best version of themselves through open and honest conversations.

In previous coaching experiences, the focus was on weaknesses that I had to improve.

This coaching experience was the opposite. My coach took time to explore my leadership style and focus predominantly on the positives, the areas of strength, in order to truly excel on a day-to-day basis. It makes the coaching conversations a lot more positive.

The coaching I received was outstanding. I can't begin to tell you how much my coach helped me. The timing was just unbelievable for me, so I'm really grateful.
